Learn About Wild Edible Plants
Åkeshovs gårdsväg, Bromma
In this workshop, you will learn about wild edible plants. We smell, feel and taste our way through what we find in nature. New-fashioned knowledge is the basis of our workshop, which allows you as a participant to feel confident using and exploring nature's pantry. We give tips on different ways to preserve and enrich the flavors of nature all year round, but focusing on the flora represented in the place, and in the season in which the course is carried out. We have good experience and interest in making wild plants taste as good as possible and are inspired by using plants in an innovative way. In this course, it is taste over nutritional value that is the focus.
This is what you learn
- Identify edible plants based on the season
- Tips on how you can use these plants in cooking as a seasoning
- Tips on how to preserve these plants to be able to enjoy them all year round
